The ALFONSO 2 PIZZA FULL OPTIONAL is a direct cooking or direct fire wood oven, perfect for your garden or for your kitchen, tavern, porch, annex, terrace! It is equipped with a fairing roof in galvanized steel painted in brown head color, while internally it is made of AISI 430 steel. Among the gap, steel and sheet metal, insulated with 30 mm ceramic fiber, density 96 and Skamotec under the refractory brick hob, it is the perfect wood-burning oven for all homes and for all fire enthusiasts who have little space but do not want to give up the pleasure of making a pizza and tasty genuine dishes in an excellent wood-fired oven with high performance!

This wood-fired oven has been built with carefully studied measures that facilitate the introduction of wood and the insertion and removal of food in a completely simple and fast way. The oven mouth, reduced almost to the lowest of time to avoid in the best way the dispersion of heat to the outside, measures 40 cm in Width and about 23 cm in Height. The hopper (smoke collection) has the measurements of 22 cm (H) x 53 (L) x 15 (P), specially designed to promote the oxygenation of the cave. These are refractory bricks that are as thick as 3 cm very resistant, made with the best mixtures of clay and volcanic sand. These refractory bricks can be chosen by the customer at a small additional cost and will be inserted in place of traditional 2.2 cm refractory bricks to give the wood-burning oven a very resistant and difficult to crack hob and we recommend them to those who intend to use the wood-burning oven mainly for pizzas and bread, dishes for which the hob is better used.

LARGE UP TO 2 PIZZA'S, VERY EASY TO USE !
The cooking chamber is large enough to bake up to 2 pizza's! You can cook, for example, bread or pizza directly on the refractory floor and all the dishes you want in a baking sheet, making the most of this beautiful and versatile wood-burning oven. The use is very simple: just use two pieces of wood and small woods with devil to put it into operation. Then you just have to wait for it to reach temperature and understanding it is very simple, because you just have to keep an eye on the chimney: this, in fact, once it reaches the temperature of 450 ° / 50 ° (which is reached only 5 minutes after opening), it browns just like in the ancient traditional wood-fired ovens with bricks that became white! But you can also observe the temperature reached by the wood-fired oven thanks to the pyrometer or thermometer, which is inserted in this model.
To bake a good pizza, however, you also need the appropriate accessories: that is why Alfonso Forni recommends adding to the purchase also the KIT OF BLADES WITH TROLLEY BRACKET (available with 4 blades: square shovel, round shovel, blade for grills and wood push shovels or with 6 blades: complete with oven broom with brass bristles and round giro-pizza pole in addition to the already mentioned 4 blaeds) and THE FLAME BAR of Alfonso Forni is made of steel and is perforated, to allow the passage of the right amount of air for combustion.

PRACTICE DOOR CLOSER THAT HELPS TO STORE HEAT IN THE WOOD-FIRED OVEN CAVE
This model is also equipped with a very useful Portina/Chiuderna that can be placed in front of the mouth of the oven, thus preserving the heat in the cave, which is well insulated with rock wool. If you want to keep the heat, it is enough to rotate this door so as to let the oxygen in: in fact it acts as a heat attenuator and can very well be used during the cooking phase of the pizza's, to save wood!
DRAIN OF FUMES TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE WOOD-FIRED OVEN CAVE
We installed the flue outside and not inside: in this way the cave does not empty the stored heat. Between the mouth of the oven and the hopper is the fume fume fume hood, as in the classic brick ovens. The smoke output has a diameter of 130 mm.
