Cash on Delivery payment is convenient and easy to do, you can request it at the time of order by clicking on Cash on Delivery. This payment method has an additional cost of 20 euros and, if chosen, you will need to send a deposit first and you can pay the remaining amount upon delivery, but ONLY IN CASH. Since the maximum amount that can be paid in cash upon delivery is 1,000 euros, you will have to deposit an amount so that you have no more than 1,000 euros to pay upon delivery (including the 20 euros surcharge). Upon delivery of the wood-fired oven, the courier will only accept cash, NO checks of any kind. - Unloading of the wood-fired oven takes place at the street level, there is no service for carrying the item up stairs, to the floor or terrace (any service is at the customer's expense); - Deliveries are made with a truck, so if unloading needs to take place in alleys, lanes, gates or narrow places, we recommend coordinating with the courier's branch to agree on the most suitable means for unloading the wood-fired oven and SIGN ACCEPTING WITH A RESERVE FOR CHECK.
