How does the Transport work?

Transport throughout Italy is FREE for ovens purchased by bank transfer. In case of a return, shipping costs are borne by the customer and amount to €150 in Italy. The transport is carried out by One Express. Delivery is made to the street level, any delivery to the floor or terrace or handling services are not provided.

For deliveries to smaller islands and remote areas, please send us a message from the website or an email to as there may be additional costs.

It is informed that, upon arrival of the order, the goods will be taken over and prepared for payment forwarded. Generally, the order is prepared within 3 or at most 10 working days.

If the ordered goods urgently need to be delivered, please specify this in the order.

How is the Delivery carried out?

Standard delivery with express courier will normally take place at the following times: from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm; from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm, every day except holidays, from Monday to Friday.

The times may vary only depending on the courier in charge.

In case of non-collection within 5 working days of the material present in storage at the courier's warehouses due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order, the related products will be returned to the "Alfonso Forni" warehouse.

Is there a minimum order?

No, there are no minimum orders in our shop, you can buy whatever you want without constraints.

Do I need to register on the site to place an order?

No, you can choose whether to register before purchase or only enter the necessary data for shipment, making the purchase without registration.
We remind you that registration allows you to view (Tracking) the status of the shipment, wishlist, promotions, and newsletters.

Are the products in the shop always available?

The products are available at the time of order unless in rare cases, in case of customizations of the oven the preparation times may be extended. Any delay for the products will be communicated on the Homepage or through a message to the customer from the website.

Pickup in store

If you are in Sicily and do not want to pay the shipping cost, buy on the website, and pick up in store. You can pick up the goods and pay for them either at the store itself or by bank transfer. This way it will be prepared more quickly.

Do I need to check that the package is intact before accepting it?

At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

• That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the transport document;
• That the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered, including closure materials (adhesive tape or plastic straps).

Any damage to the packaging and/or product or the failure to correspond to the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested by affixing the wording "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE" on the courier's delivery receipt indicating "THE REASON" for such reservation (e.g. I accept with reservation damaged package).

No responsibility can be attributed to "Alfonso Forni" in case of delay in order processing or delivery of the ordered goods.

Once the courier's document is signed, the Customer cannot make any complaints regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

The Carrier is also responsible for the delay in delivering the goods to the recipient. "Alfonso Forni", for the aforementioned cases, must be considered exempt from any liability for losses or damages (damage) to the goods from the moment they are delivered without reservations to the carrier for transport.

Any problems regarding the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the products received must be reported to the courier within 7 days of delivery by registered mail with return receipt (art. 1698 of the Italian Civil Code). The Customer, from the moment he receives the damaged goods or requests their return to the carrier, has direct and exclusive action against the carrier.

How can I exercise the Right of Return?

Alfonso Forni is certain that the products in the shop are excellent and of quality, which is why it wants to guarantee you the right to return the goods within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods. The return will be at the customer's expense, the goods must be sent to our warehouse, or if preferred

we will send our courier upon request to collect the goods, charging the return costs.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you will need to inform us by email by writing to within 14 days.

In the email, you will need to indicate: order number; order date; the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal. The goods must be returned intact and not altered in any way to our warehouses, at the address:

After receiving and verifying the goods, Nunzio Alfonso S.r.l. will issue a refund via: bank transfer, Paypal account, or credit card from which payment was made. If the item was paid by cash on delivery, you will need to indicate the method for refund.

International Shipments

In the Shop, it is also possible to purchase from abroad and for some European countries the shipping cost is already set (see table), for other countries instead it is necessary to send us an email at or contact us by phone via WhatsApp to verify the cost of shipping, communicating the postal code of the country, location, and state.
