By selecting this option, we will build your wood-fired oven with the doors opening in the opposite direction: handle to the right on the oven and opening to the left.

This option can be selected for any model of indirect cooking wood-fired oven, whether SICILIA models, V2, V2 PLUS, TOP models or those with an automatic rotisserie. We will build your V2 or V2 PLUS wood-fired oven with both doors opening to the reverse, or all 3 in the case of a V2 TOP/V2 PLUS TOP model or any model chosen with the Multipurpose Box option.
