0°–90° Swivel Bend, AISI 304 Stainless Steel, Ø150 mm – Adjustable Deflection for professional oven flue systems
Technical specifications
- Material: AISI 304 stainless steel
- Diameter: 150 mm
- Angle: adjustable from 0° to 90° via independent sections
- Thickness: 0.5 mm (5/10)
- Welding: TIG process, by fusion of adjacent flanges
- Finish: Polished stainless steel, resistant to high temperatures
- Type: Single-wall male/female swivel bend
Compatibility: Component designed for adjustable axis deviation in vertical and sub-horizontal sections of flue systems. Compatible with Alfonso Forni wood-burning and hybrid stoves from the professional range, all with a Ø 150 mm flue outlet. It integrates perfectly with all linear elements and accessories from the Alfonso Forni Ø 150 mm range. Suitable for solid fuel (wood) and wood/gas hybrid stoves.
Key benefits
- Maximum adaptability: the independent sections allow the angle to be freely adjusted from 0° to 90°, adapting the flue path to any architectural configuration without the need for multiple fixed connectors.
- High-temperature resistance: AISI 304 steel guarantees high thermal and corrosion resistance for long-lasting durability.
- Perfect smoke seal: the tongue-and-groove joint and TIG welding ensure a completely airtight seal and optimal draught at any angle.
Installation notes: Adjust the desired angle before final fixing, ensuring that the sections are correctly aligned with the flue path. We recommend using high-temperature gaskets at the joints and securing with certified clamps once the optimal position has been achieved. Installation must be carried out in compliance with current UNI EN 1856 standards for solid fuel systems. Please note that current regulations allow a maximum of 3 90° changes of direction along the entire flue path.
Certifications: ISO 9001:2015 certified and compliant with CE regulations. Made in Italy.
