- Service fee: This payment method involves a fixed payment processing fee of €7.53, which will be added directly to your order total when you select this option.
- What you’ll need: Your PayPal account details or your credit, debit or prepaid card details (card number, expiry date and CVV code).
- Approval: Immediate and in real time, as soon as the transaction is authorised by your bank.

- Cost of the service: The interest rate and any administration fees are calculated in real time by the finance provider based on the exact amount in your basket and the term you’ve chosen, clearly showing you the monthly instalment before you give your final confirmation.
- What you’ll need: Your tax code, a valid ID, your smartphone to receive the OTP code via text message, and a payment card or the IBAN of your bank account for the instalments to be debited.
- Approval: In real time. As this is a 100% digital and automated service provided by Compass, your application is assessed online in just a few moments.
Flexible

With Klarna, you can spread the cost by choosing to pay in small instalments starting from just €29 a month, or by splitting the amount into 3 monthly instalments at 0% interest.
- How it works: If you choose the 3 instalments, the first instalment is debited immediately, whilst the next two are debited in the following two months (at 30 and 60 days).
- Service fee: Using Klarna’s technology and payment plan incurs an administration fee of €14.92, calculated on the total basket value.
- What you need: A Klarna account (or the app), your tax code, a mobile phone number and a valid credit or debit card linked to your account.

Why are there fees for some payment methods?
The fees shown (e.g. €7.53 for PayPal, €14.92 for Klarna, €10.47 for seQura) are technical processing fees applied by the respective payment networks for the secure processing of transactions and for providing the immediate instalment service without a payslip. Alfonso Forni passes on these fees with complete transparency, with no hidden mark-ups.
Will paying in instalments or using finance delay the delivery of my oven?
Absolutely not. As soon as the payment provider (Klarna, seQura or HeyLight) gives its approval – a process that takes just a few seconds online – your order is marked as ‘Confirmed’. The oven immediately goes into production in our workshops and is prepared for dispatch in exactly the same way as an order paid for in full.
How do I choose to pay in instalments?
