OPERATION AND TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

The 5 kg kneading machine Alfonso forni with fixed spiral gives you the possibility to knead up to 5 kg of dough (3 kg of flour + 2 litres of water), with a minimum dough weight of 300 g.

The frame has been manufactured using thick steel, this drastically reduces vibrations during operation, and the transmission has been realised using a chain drive plus two high resistance belts, this makes our kneading machine silent and resistant.

To ensure the health of our customers and compliance with current regulations, every organ in contact with food has been made of stainless steel.

The stainless steel protection grid can be lifted to allow easy removal of the dough.
