It is your best choice for all doughs, even those with high hydration because it is designed to handle doughs with high water concentration (up to 95%) thanks to the possibility to increase the speed of the spiral, a perfect option for bread, pizza, biga, etc. doughs.

Although it has a tilting head, it maintains the same standard of quality and robustness as fixed-head models. The frame has been manufactured using a thick steel, this drastically reduces vibrations during operation, it also has a transmission made using a chain drive plus two high resistance belts, this makes our kneading machine silent and resistant.
