This option can be fitted to wood-burning ovens of the Luxor and Emax ranges and allows you to use two cooking chambers in the same wood-burning oven: the upper chamber in Indirect Fire mode and the lower chamber (where the wood burns) in Direct Fire mode!

Description
We will install a refractory brick lining in the combustion chamber of your chosen wood-fired oven so that you can cook pizza and bread on a direct fire, while the upper cooking chamber allows you to cook anything you like on an indirect fire.
This option allows you to have a unique product, completely different from any other wood-fired oven! The grate through which the ash falls, which then goes into the ash drawer, is removable.
