The IM5s mixer is equipped with a liftable head and a removable bowl.
This makes it easy to handle the dough and clean the bowl and hook.
Unlocking the head is very easy: just unscrew the butterfly screws on both sides of the mixer and lift the head.
In addition, the head is equipped with a gas lift piston to make the lifting movement of the head lighter and smoother, and a magnetic safety sensor prevents the mixer from starting with the head raised.
The bowl is easy to remove, simply rotate the disc underneath the bowl to release the bowl from its clasp, allowing the dough to be transported and easily cleaned.

Alfonso's 5 kg kneading machine with fixed spiral gives you the possibility to knead up to 5 kg of dough (3 kg of flour + 2 litres of water), with a minimum dough weight of 300 g.
The frame has been manufactured using thick steel , this drastically reduces vibrations during operation, and the transmission has been realised using a chain drive plus two high resistance belts, this makes our kneading machine silent and resistant.
