Indirectly fired wood-fired ovens with AUTOMATIC COOKER , such as the TOP models, LUXOR V2 WITH COOKER, LUXOR V2 PLUS WITH COOKER, and the optional COOKER on EMAX, come standard with a classic spit with a screw-on knob and spit support rod.
By purchasing this particular cage spit, you can replace it in your ALFONSO FORNI wood-fired oven with the standard one supplied and place it on the spit-holding rod to cook all the dishes you prefer.
N.B.: As can be seen in the photo, the cage spit does NOT have a screw-on knob on the end, which simply rests on the spit support.
