Alfonso Forni's Wood-Fired OvenTransformer is already supplied with the Ventilated Models (Luxor Range) and is required not only for the Ventilated Models but also for the other Indirect-Firing Wood-Fired Ovens that are equipped with a Lighting System (i.e. the Light in the Cooking Chamber).
