Measuring 80 cm wide, 86 cm deep and 30 cm high, the chamber offers a very spacious working area, whilst the 78 cm wide oven door facilitates the handling of food during cooking. This configuration allows for the simultaneous cooking of four large pizzas with a diameter of 66 cm, with a production capacity exceeding 80 pizzas per hour under optimal conditions.
Even heat distribution and maximum cooking surface
The semi-circular vault, together with the pair of burners positioned on opposite sides, distributes heat evenly across the entire cooking surface, preventing cold spots or areas that cook more slowly. It is important to note that, as this is a gas-only oven, the cooking chamber is always completely unobstructed: no space is taken up by wood or embers, allowing 100 per cent of the available area to be utilised for baking.

- Private Outdoor Use (Gardens / Large Terraces):
When installed outdoors, in gardens or well-ventilated areas, the oven does not require connection to flues or forced extraction systems. However, it is essential to ensure that the appliance is positioned in an area with a complete and continuous natural air exchange, away from flammable materials or fixed coverings that could trap combustion fumes. - Professional Indoor Use (Restaurants, Pizzerias, Trattorias, Enclosed Premises):
Installation within commercial premises must comply with current regulations governing large-scale gas installations (UNI 8723 standard).
- Combustion fumes and cooking vapours must be channelled outside via a flue extending beyond the roof ridge.
- The oven must be positioned beneath a motorised extractor hood (or connected to a forced extraction system).
- The oven is fitted with a 150 mm flue connection; however, the diameter of the external flue or the extractor hood duct depends on the height of the outlet and the length of the pipework, and must be checked and certified by the installation technician or designer during installation.
- The room must have adequate permanent air inlets to ensure the necessary oxygen supply for the 30 kW burner.
