Materials used

The main structure is made of AISI stainless steel with a thickness of between 3 and 6 mm, offering exceptional resistance to high temperatures and unparalleled durability. Thermal insulation is provided by three layers of high-density fibre ceramic that completely envelops the oven dome, optimising heat diffusion and minimising heat loss.

The characteristic red outer dome, also made of stainless steel, provides superior protection against atmospheric agents and an aesthetically pleasing finish.

Inside, the base of the baking chamber of the oven is made of the precious Extra-Hard Refractory Biscuit, made of high-quality Sorrento clay (Casapulla type), enriched with volcanic sand. With a thickness of no less than 3 cm, this biscuit guarantees superior strength, hardness and performance.

The hob is placed on a 9 cm thick Skamotec insulation layer, an innovative calcium silicate that offers excellent thermal insulation properties. This design ensures even heat distribution, maintaining a constant temperature and optimising the efficiency of the oven.
