0°–90° Swivel Bend, AISI 304 Stainless Steel, Ø130 mm – Adjustable Deflection for Wood-Fired Ovens and Stoves
Technical specifications
- Material: AISI 304 stainless steel
- Diameter: 130 mm
- Angle: adjustable from 0° to 90° via independent sectors
- Thickness: 0.5 mm (5/10)
- Welding: TIG process, by fusion of adjacent flanges
- Finish: Polished stainless steel, resistant to high temperatures
- Type: Single-wall male/female swivel bend
Compatibility: Component designed for adjustable axis deviation in vertical and sub-horizontal sections of flue systems. Compatible with Alfonso Forni 2-, 4- and 6-pizza wood-fired and hybrid ovens from the domestic range and with the Alfonso Forni Esmeralda and Eleonora stoves, all with a Ø 130 mm flue connection. It integrates perfectly with all the straight sections and accessories in the Alfonso Forni Ø 130 mm range.
Key benefits
- Maximum adaptability: the independent sections allow the angle to be freely adjusted from 0° to 90°, adapting the flue path to any architectural configuration without the need for multiple fixed bends.
- High-temperature resistance: AISI 304 stainless steel ensures high thermal and corrosion resistance for long-lasting durability.
- Perfect smoke seal: the male/female joint and TIG welding ensure a completely airtight seal and optimal draught at any angle.
Installation notes: Adjust to the desired angle before final fixing, ensuring that the sections are correctly aligned with the flue path. We recommend using high-temperature gaskets at the joints and securing with certified clamps once the optimal position has been achieved. Installation must be carried out in compliance with current UNI EN 1856 regulations for solid fuel systems. Please note that current regulations allow a maximum of 3 90° changes of direction along the entire flue path.
Certifications: ISO 9001:2015 certified and compliant with CE regulations. Made in Italy.
