Materials used

The 15/10 thick AISI 304 stainless steel supporting structure is designed for reliable indoor and outdoor use. The 3 cm high-density fibre ceramic insulation (96 kg/m³) on the top, combined with the 3 cm Skamotec (calcium silicate) insulation on the bottom, helps to retain heat and improve the overall efficiency of the oven.
At the heart of its performance is the 5 cm extra-hard refractory biscuit base, designed to distribute heat evenly and withstand prolonged cooking sessions, all with direct 'open flame' cooking and the ability to quickly reach 500°C.
To complete the look, the roof can be customised in different colour finishes (steel, anthracite, red and black silver) to blend harmoniously into any environment.
- The oven's cooking surface: extra-hard 5 cm thick refractory biscuit (Casapulla-type Sorrento clay enriched with volcanic sand) for high thermal inertia and temperature stability.
- Smoke outlet: Ø8 cm smoke outlet (with 20 cm chimney space requirement).
- Gas (LPG and methane) or wood fuel: the oven is designed to operate on gas with a burner and, for wood use, it is possible to use the oven by purchasing the dedicated hood separately.
- Closing door: steel closing door, useful for heat management and protection during cooking.

The 40 x 40 cm cooking chamber, with a maximum height of 18 cm and a 40 x 16 cm oven door, is designed to comfortably handle one pizza at a time, ensuring a productivity of up to 30 pizzas per hour.
The removable 7kW burner, 39 cm long with a diameter of Ø51 mm, is positioned on the left side to facilitate use, management and maintenance.
