Gas supply
Available in two configurations:
- LPG: the ideal choice if you wish to use a cylinder. The kit includes the LPG burner with safety valve: (978mm Ø51, 35kW) with a pre-calibrated pressure regulator to ensure an excellent consumption-to-power ratio, plus a complimentary 1.5-metre length of blue rubber hose.
- Natural gas: recommended for those intending to use mains gas from the domestic supply, the natural gas burner with safety valve (978mm Ø51, 35kW) is supplied with a 1/2" male connection.
To ensure correct operation and compliance with current regulations, the oven must be connected to a flue with an external exhaust, sized and constructed in accordance with technical and local requirements. It is not necessary to install dedicated extractors or extraction systems, unless otherwise specified by the relevant authority or the system designer; for any queries regarding the flue, the gas connection or the installation configuration, our customer service team is at your complete disposal to provide technical support and operational guidance
