    Materials used

    The main structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a thickness of between 3 and 6 mm, offering exceptional resistance to high temperatures and unrivalled durability. Thermal insulation is provided by three layers of high-density fibre-ceramic material that completely envelops the oven dome, optimising heat distribution and minimising heat loss.

    The distinctive red outer dome, also made of stainless steel, guarantees superior protection against the elements and a high-quality aesthetic finish.

    Inside, the base of the oven’s cooking chamber is made from high-quality Extra-Hard Refractory Brick, crafted from premium Sorrento clays (Casapulla type) enriched with volcanic sand. With a thickness of 5 cm, this brick guarantees superior strength, hardness and performance.

    The cooking surface rests on a 9 cm thick insulating layer of Skamotec, an innovative calcium silicate offering excellent thermal insulation properties. This design ensures even heat distribution, maintaining a constant temperature and optimising the oven’s efficiency.
