Professional 10 kg spiral mixer, equipped with an 'S'-shaped dough dividing bar to ensure a homogeneous and perfect dough.

Concentric male/female reducer made from AISI 304 stainless steel, from 120 mm to 130 mm in diameter, 0.5 mm thick. A connecting piece 210 mm in height, used to adapt two sections of flue pipe of different diameters, ensuring continuity and a tight seal in the flue. Compatible with Alfonso Forni 2-, 4- and 6-pizza wood-fired and hybrid ovens from the domestic range, and with the Alfonso Forni Esmeralda and Eleonora stoves. ISO 9001:2015 certified, CE compliant. A telescopic linear element made of AISI 304 stainless steel, 130 mm in diameter and 0.5 mm thick. This element is used to complete sub-horizontal sections where a standard linear element cannot be used due to an uneven distance. With an extension range of 10 cm (from 24 cm to 34 cm), it is compatible with Alfonso Forni’s 2-, 4- and 6-pizza wood-fired and hybrid ovens from the domestic range, and with the Alfonso Forni Esmeralda and Eleonora stoves.
