In this category, you will find professional refractory baking stones in two colour and functional variants:

  • Yellow baking stone: 40×40×5 for professional wood-fired ovens.
  • Red brick: 40×40×5 for professional hybrid ovens (wood + gas / wood + electric).

The extra-hard firebricks are made from a mixture of selected clays, sands and specific refractory components, processed and fired in a kiln to produce a porous yet extremely durable material, capable of gradually accumulating and releasing heat
