Professional 10 kg spiral mixer, equipped with an 'S'-shaped dough dividing bar to ensure a homogeneous and perfect dough.

Concentric male/female reducer made from AISI 304 stainless steel, from 120 mm to 130 mm in diameter, 0.5 mm thick. A connecting piece 210 mm in height, used to adapt two sections of flue pipe of different diameters, ensuring continuity and a tight seal in the flue. Compatible with Alfonso Forni 2-, 4- and 6-pizza wood-fired and hybrid ovens from the domestic range, and with the Alfonso Forni Esmeralda and Eleonora stoves. ISO 9001:2015 certified, CE compliant.
